We see addiction as a sympton of a greater unease. This unease can cause a person to manifest a number of symptoms, addiction being one of them.
Because we work on the deepest level of the issues that have led to these symptoms, we do not ‘treat’ only the classic symptoms of addiction. If these issues aren’t reconciled and healed within a person, addiction may show itself again in the future. Merely trying to stop a person from using drugs and alcohol does not address the real problem. This is because drug and alcohol addiction are only two of many potential symptoms that can manifest.
In treating addictions, we allow a person’s addiction to give us access into what goes on at a deeper level. But addiction isn’t the only symptom that can give us this access. Other manifestations of imbalances in a person’s lifestyle can have the same function in our therapeutic approach. These include: emotional eating, relationship struggles, burnout, anxiety, depression, spiritual malaise. Therefore, we also treat those who present with these other symptoms.
We will assess your case individually and agree on a length of stay together with you.
We accept those who are ready and willing to do the work to address their deep-seated issues. This means that you must enter our program voluntarily and are not coerced by a family member or required to enter into treatment by law.
Beyond that, you must also enter our program with an understanding that it is an intensive program that requires you to address what’s happening in your internal world (emotionally, cognitively and your relationship with spirituality) as well as your physical world.
We believe that long-lasting recovery involves spiritual healing. Those who come to Infinite Possibilities should be open to exploring this aspect of their lives.
Our clients are men and women who have become aware of the negative effects of their lifestyle excesses. They also include those who have been to other rehabs and want to try something different this time.
We do not provide any form of medical detox. We can, however, assist you with this should you require this service.
Our program focuses on working through underlying issues, not the management of symptoms. It is tailored to those who have an interest in exploring their innermost pain and using their addiction as a gateway into reclaiming their true selves.
We do not take individuals who have:
